I have never had a bad experience with Fruit Valley and I have complete faith in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They recognize they are treating my pet, and allow me to make the decisions as to how that care should progress presenting all of the options. They are skilled diagnosticians, and have often caught things others have missed.
