I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
