They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm, caring, passionate and professional, and they made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with Dr Robinson I will never use another vet. I live about 25 miles out. Strongly recommend them.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
