Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. the place is verry dirty and it needs alot of atte. they can be better organice to many people once you come in.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

There is no comparison!

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
