They offered to see my german shephard dog knowing he would need to be muzzled and sedated. He has lost 20 lbs this past month and is drinking tons of water. I got him there and as soon as I tried to get him on the scale the tech comes up behind him trying to lift him by grabbing his bad hips making him irate. We go into a room so I can calm him down and the vet is rude and nasty to me throwing the muzzle on the floor by my feet. In the chaos he grabs my hand while they are gawking into the windows at him making rude comments in a rude voice. I finally get him calm and they refuse him.

I am kind of glad because i found a better vet who my dog warmed up to quickly. He is being treated for diabetes! Thats the stuff they turn away. No compassion. He was muzzled and ready to be sedated for examination.

These women do not care about saving animals. They want easy money and that is it I would suggest any other vet besides these sadistic so called vets!.

No place better in the five states I've lived in!!! The animals are their top priority and they treat everyone with respect and compassion. Dr. Cheney is amazing. She is always there to make recommendations without pushing. She always gives us all our options and never recommends unnecessary treatments. And all this comes with the most affordable care around. Love them!
