I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
