They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
