The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
