The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
