I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They would work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I had a pretty bad experience with other vet in Laurinburg who imposed his opinion despite the information I provided him, resulting in the death of three of my four dogs. I love that they never cancel appointments . I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
