Dr. Mitts has been so kind and caring to us and our "Children". His care, concern, and patience has been a Godsend to us. He has cared for all our dogs since we moved to Holt. We are fortunate to have him. He cared for our Maggie and Sarah Jane (Sippy Cup!) when they were in need... and in doing so, cared for us.

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. My late mother would only use the services of Dr. Mitts (hope I spelled his name right). There is not a finer veterinarian on the face of the planet.
