They treat my cats well but when you go in they have plastic chairs in lobby like people use outside. Only have one exam room and in the back room they have a hodge podge of pet carriers and wire cages setting around to keep pets in. One time I went in to see about making an appointment and walked to back to find someone (No receptionist there) and they were neutering or spaying a dog on a table with all the cages and crates with pets in them setting around them. I thought it was unsanitary!!! It is like they are trying to keep from spending any money on things. Also they will not give pain meds for cats after surgeries because they feel they are not needed and unsafe for cats even if you ask for them

I went here as a walk in for my cat and the man behind the counter was REALLY rude and insensitive. I could see the doctor performing surgery on a dog in plain sight! More than anything the man behind the counter was what put me off. He was really rude right from the start. He said it would be a 30 minute wait, which is fine, and told me to go get my money (because i didn't know that they didn't take debit cards) I walked out and will NEVER go back. So rude!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
