I have been a customer of lafonds going on 13 years now, ever since I owned my first dog when I was 18. I now live about 30 miles away and I still go there for my dogs needs. Sure it's a nice, clean clinic, with fair prices. Yes, it is very cozy and welcoming, but what keeps me coming back is that i feel like it is the only clinic I have ever been to, where I genuinely feel as if they love my furry family members as much as I do. They will take care of each animal as if it were their own. I know this and have seen it for many years. As long as I continue to have animals, I will keep bringing them back to lafond, where I know they will be taken care of!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
