This Vet is a one Man show, no receptionist. You are constantly leaving a message and hoping he gets back to you. When you go in to the office he takes personal phone calls and lets you standing in the exam room waiting. I called once and actually got the Vet with a concern for my pet and in the middle of my explanation he says, I will have to call you back. I am still waiting for the return phone call. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
