They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They always seem to be out of my pet's medication every time I go here. Their flea and heart worm medicine is always out-of-stock and I usually have to go somewhere else to pick it up. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I wish they gave me good advice, but The Dr. seemed very cold in personality. Didnt really care about the pet... or at least didnt show it.. like talking with my dog Shit-zue. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. One more thing : Try TLC pet Vet I found both Dr. and staff very friendly. And careing. I had taken my new 3 month old Lhasa Apso to them only 2 x. and one night had an awfull emergency with her, I was in tears on the phone! He had just left and was almost home! Turned around and went all the way back told me to meet him their and because he was so compastionate he didnt even charge the emergency visit! He didnt have to do that! He only charged the meds. Granted he may not do that for everyone.. he had only been open in this area perhaps a yr. Him and his wife are awsome!

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.

I brought my dog here. He said she needed ear surgery because she had a cyst in her ear. They drained the cyst. I wasn't given any medication after the surgery (I didn't know any better) and her stitches/wound became infected. They removed the stitches and a few days later my previously healthy dog was dead. All of a sudden she just laid down and never got back up. We laid down with her and a few hours later she seemed to have a seizure and die. I'm no doctor, but our hypothesis is that since she wasn't given an antibiotic either after the operation or when the wound became infected, the infection traveled to her heart and killed her. I'd never had a pet who needed medical care and wasn't aware that she should probably have been given an antibiotic, especially after the stitches got infected. I always blamed that "clinic" for my dog's untimely passing. She wasn't old, and until the infection, was healthy, happy and active. That so-called animal hospital should be shut down as there are obviously ineffective and incompetent people working there. My lack of knowledge didn't lead to my dog's death. They did.
