I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well.

I love how much attention to detail they show. Mark and Melanie spend so much time with us, making sure we know exactly what the problems are and what our options are with regards to treatment and expense. They even call us to follow-up on how our dog is doing. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. Their staff are always friendly, helpful and remembers us whenever we come in. I would never hesitate to take a pet to them or refer one of my friends. They're awesome!
