Ever since I brought my two shelter kitties to Animal Medical center for the first time, more than 10 years ago, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff and especially by our vet, Dr. Ann Brooks. She is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and committed to helping in every way possible to resolve problems and genuinely cares about me and my cats. She takes whatever time is necessary with me and my cats and presumably with all of her other patients to explain, inform and make sure that I understand the problem and what she recommends as solutions. I always leave with a better understanding of proper pet health and have found her and the staff's recommendations to be incredibly helpful. The last time I was there, without even asking, printed sheets full of helpful information complete with illustrations were waiting for me at the desk afterward.

The office is clean and tidy; I rarely have to wait long if at all when I arrive for an appointment. I have always been immensely satisfied with every aspect of treatment there and I have recommended Animal Medical center to many friends.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
