Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
