They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. All of my questions were answered completely during our session. I learned so much. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
