Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
