They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
