When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Yes, they were immaculate!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

First of all, WELLNESS.com has Dr. Briley as practicing in Bells, TN. This is NOT correct. He owns and operates PRIMARY CARE SPECIALISTS-SOUTH in JACKSON, TN. They have been in practice for 15 years and just moved into their new building. Wonderful! Michael is Vanderbilt and UT Memphis educated. You cannot go wrong at either place. He helped Richard and I so much. Good for you, young man.
