My surgeries are a process. Breast re-construction so, I have felt and feel really comfortable with the ladies in the office and Doc.

Considering I am very happy with the results, I believe there are some things that need improvement in communication to patients from office staff. I think possible the Dr. assumes the staff giving information to the patients and vise versa. Example: Pre-op instruction written post-op instruction. Girls in the office were very polite, and positive personalities. (Keep them by paying more).
