I have had back and neck pain for many years. I assumed it was arthritic pain and I just needed to accept it. Dr. Le has helped me in ways I never imagined. He is a master in chiropratics. He is kind, reassuring and most important taking my pain away. I am so thankful I found him.

I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
