They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When I called, they answered right away. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They did not suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a fairly nice staff that's knowledgeable and qualified. I recommend Dr. Rodgers.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
