They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The doctor is always running at least 1 1/2 hours behind, but I like her so I will wait. The office manager needs to do a much better job. We have cancelled appointments 3 weeks or more prior and then get a nasty note stating we will be charged for missing our appointment. This has happened to many people I know who go there. One constant at this office is you will wait for over an hour and no one at the front keeps you informed or asks you if you are OK with waiting or would like to reschedule. If you choose to reschedule, it is 2 months to get in. The Doctor is extremely knowledgable and we trust her. The staff, especially OM, need training on people skills.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

The doctor is very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The information given me was quite confusing and the doctor rambled and jotted down handwritten notes that I cannot read. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Whenever I do have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Although I could schedule an appt quickly, the time waiting in the office and in the exam room was exhaustive, sometimes over 45 min to an hour before I see the doctor for a brief 5 minutes. The doctor, although knowlegeful, seems to make me feel that my appointment is a bother to her. The equipment was current, nothing special though. The staff, although warm and friendly, is berated infront of patients and other staff members.
