They answered every question we had and were always available. Their staff is the most friendly, helpful staff I've ever dealt with. Both our parents spent their final days at Brian's House and the staff was excellent, treating them with so much respect and care.They treated our family and friends that visited with warmth and consideration. The home-like appearance of the rooms and grounds were very comforting. The entire facility was kept immaculately clean without the antispeptic, impersonal feel of a hospital. Our thanks and appreciation to them all.

They ignored my questions. Their staff was not that friendly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer any of my questions. One staff member said in front of 4 witnesses that the patient (aunt) was given nothing to eat or drink UNLESS they requested it, They'd come to give morphine but, when relatives would ask aunt if she was in pain she said "no"...so why give it? Our aunt begged to go back to the hospital for treatment. They just called POA & all ignored her wishes. Even if someone is no code their wishes "should" be honored. It is the moral & ethical thing to do. They refuse to give any information even with the pin number.??? She died.
