I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
