Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
