Not really; I usually have to remind them

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this acupuncturist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this acupuncturist without scheduling an appointment?
Yes. They do their best to answer my questions.
Does this acupuncturist remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!
