They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Wow, I wish I would have read Peggy's review before I went. I got the same story almost exactly, along with a huge prospective treatment plan price tag. Dr. Keyes made a special point to let me know how much of a discount I would be getting by NOT going to a specialist. When I began to feel like I was buying a used car instead of trying to maintain my dental health, I got a second opinion. Cleaning, Xrays, and a consultation for a quarter of the price from this office. Also, Dr. Keyes found an imaginary cavity the second dentist was not able to locate. Try someone else.

I was a patient of Dr. Beaty before Dr. Keys took over and they (Keys office)called me for a cleaning. Hygienist spent an hour measuring my gum line, Dr. Keys spent 5 minutes, telling everything Dr. Beaty told me which I can't afford. I got x-rays, an exam, and a toothbrush for $77. They want to clean my teeth for $948. If my teeth are that bad I would rather go to a specialist for the same price, than have a new hygienist clean my teeth (sorry Amber). I have no insurance and they know that. This is why I haven't been back since Dr. Beaty left, I can't afford the new prices. If you want me as a patient then you will have to lower your prices to what is more affordable. Felt I went there under false pretense. That is not the way to win me over. Not a happy camper. I wanted my teeth cleaned and that was it! :~(
