Dr Tran made sure that every single question I had was answered, he took the time to do extra exams right at the office, he took away my worries and concerns, he gave my confidence back to continue the treatment. He is an angel . I am very happy with him.
Thank you very much Dr. Tran for all you have done for me so far.

This review is based on my first visit for a forty-five minute consultation regarding my throid TSH levels. I waited two weeks to see Dr. Tran and I brought all the paperwork they had me download and fill out from home so I would see the doctor on time. When I arrived they had an additional form for me to sign. It was an arbitration agreement which required that I agree to waive any constitutional rights to file a complaint in the event of medical malpractice or negligence, and instead, agree to arbitration as the sole form of resolution. I was unsure about signing the agreement/waiver and I told the front desk employee of my hesitation and she said I did not have to sign and then charged me the co-pay under my insurance plan. I waited for over an hour to see the doctor, and I never did get to see him. The office had no other patients waiting before me and I did not see any patients after I left the waiting room when I was taken to a patient room where I had waited another forty five minutes. I have a five year old child who was in kindergarten at the time who I had to pick up, so I had no recourse but to leave after the long wait. Now, I have to find another specialist and wait again before I can receive medical care. I believe the doctor did not see me because I did not sign the arbitration clause. Whether or not that's the reason for the delay, there is no excuse to have a patient wait that long without being addressed by medical staff.
