Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Falahati was pretty good. His nurse Becky is great and his nurse practitioner Dave is great to. Daves nurse Jami - kind of higher than mighty attitude and quite snotty. Easy to get appointment with. Staff overall has improved greatly in the last year. Prior nurse and receptionist were rude. I mostly see Dave but hes really smart and very understanding. Good Drs are hard to find. This is a place I will stay at.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The only shining star there is his nurse. She was easy to reach, called me back and got everything taken care of quickly. But I wonder is she carrying his load??

I was more than pleased with Beck,y Dr Falahati's nurse. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about Me. I am an out of control diabetic and I appreciated her compassion and willingness to help more than she will ever know. Thank You Becky.
The Dr however was almost an hour late coming in and was very rushed. No glucose was run only an A1c. I mentioned being concerned abt neuropathy, and it was ignored. No test done to check for it or to test the feeling in fingers and toes. I left feeling upset and worried. It is really frustrating to take off work and pay to go see the doctor and to just get ushered through like cattle. Id really have rathered Becky be the doctor.

Whenever I went to Dr. Falahati I waited for at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time. He would change my medication dose without anything to back the decision. He would forget to order blood work for me, he also would forget to send my perscriptions to the pharmacy. I felt like my health and well being were not his main concern. I think that he needs to work on his people skills, I changed doctors in order to recieve the care I needed.
