They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
