Dr. Shel is an excellent doctor except her staff, specifically the nurse assistants are slow in returning phone calls to their patients.

All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I like this Med Spa.

My daughter and I have both used the services at Dr. Shel Wellness & Medical Spa.I enjoy the wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The hCG diet was great for my daughter, as well as treatment for her low thyroid.

I am of middle east decent, and have a darker skin type than most. I have had laser treatments with other offices in the past with very little to no success. With the staff at Dr. Shel Wellness & Medical Spa, I felt very comfortable with their expertise in treating patients of darker skin types. I have had Laser Vein Removal twice and am very pleased with the outcome. My daughter started Laser Hair Removal this month and with one treatment she is already having 20% reduction.

Most recently I had some injection procedure on my face. I have never been so happy with the process or outcome. My injector was Laci, she is very talented and reassuring through the entire treatment. I highly recommend this office.

Thanks to Dr. Shel Wellness & Medical Spa for empowering my daughter and I to look and feel our very best!!

They gave me literature to read and sign about my treatments' risks and benefits. I got an appointment quickly. However, once I got to the office I had to wait a long time before seeing my treatment specialist. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit and was very disappointment with my titan treatments because I did not receive the results that I was expecting. The staff is great and the environment is very nice.

Almost 5 months ago I found Dr. Shel's office through a highly reputable website. I was eager to get in with her and let her assess my condition and concerns. I was greeted by and excellent staff and treated with great respect. I felt as if every one of my concerns was recognized and brought to the attention of the staff. When I met Dr. Shel for the first time she was very complete in her assessment and explained multiple treatment options available. When I was finished with my consultation I was escorted to a quaint room where I met with the treatment advisors who discussed in detail the expectations as well as cost for each treatment method. I should mention that I was expecting concierge service and had budgeted for the expected cost of therapy. I did find that the services as a whole were very comparable to other locations I had looked. I had done my research on Dr. Shel's philosophy and scope of practice prior to my appointment, thus I was ready to discuss the multiple options that she may present for my concerns.

After a brief meeting with the advisor I did decide to go forward with the complete program to assess all of the concerns and provide a very detailed analysis of my health. In my defense I will only turn 55 once and I really want to be the best I can be for my grandkids.

I am writing this review because as of today I have been 4 months free of my previous symptoms and notice with each week that passes I am feeling more like myself. I do highly recommend the B12 injections that Dr. Shel provides. In the beginning I started off taking these injections once a week. I noticed that I had much better mental clarity and began to regain my physical energy within a few weeks.

My next meeting will be with Dr. Shel right after the first of the year, I am looking forward to possibly addressing some concerns with my skin as well as possible weight loss. I know she also has a weight loss program where I good friend has lost over 40 pounds in the last 2 months! I can't wait for next year!

I first went to Dr Shel feeling exhausted, I was loosing muscle tone and gaining weight rapidly, after a few tests she prescribed some hormones and supplements and within a couple weeks I was feeling better have continued to progress after 1 1/2 years of working together with her. At 50, I am more fit and feeling better than ever.

Once we got my hormones back into alignment I have had some minor cosmetic procedures that help me look (almost) as young as I feel.

I always enjoy my visits to Dr Shel's office. Her staff is friendly, professional and responsive. When I have a complaint they respond quickly and always make the effort to stay on schedule and respect my time. Trust is tough to earn from me and Dr Shel and her staff have worked hard and deserve the trust they have earned.

There maybe less expensive options, but the level of professionalism, personal attention and Dr. Shel's level of expertise is a very good value and I am always glad to recommend her with confidence.
