I was billed unreasonably, provided services that did not work nor was I informed of the fees involved. Every time I walk into this office they bill me thru the roof. I now owe 800.00, did not receive lasik and cannot wear contacts which I was fitted for after I explained that I cannot wear contacts. I have a plug in one eye that made no difference and the fee was not explained. I actually like the doctor very much, but the office and the way billing is handled is absolutely outrageous and unfair.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Dr. Littzi knows her practice and is professional, thorough and very patient friendly. I will definitely see Dr. Littzi for any of my Opthalmology needs, having already seen her twice. Once for my annual eye examination which she did professionally and allowed me to be confident about my vision and another very recently to check the prescription glasses that were just made for me but not done correctly by the store.

Littzi is trying to charge me $125 for plucking ONE eyelash that she claims was starting to curl toward my eye and was medically necessary. If there was an eyelash bothering my eye, I certainly would have noticed it and plucked it myself before going to the dr. She did not tell me that she was going to charge me to do it, nor did she give me an option about whether or not she was going to do it. She is unethical and immoral and I hope no one else gets suckered into her office. The only other people in the office as patients in Greenwich by the way, were elderly people who I'm sure she is fradulently and over-billing. This practice needs to be put out of business.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I loved my new glasses and contact lenses. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
