I took my 5 year old son today and will NEVER go back. We have been multiple times, sometimes a good experience and others just okay. The person who cut his hair today was the final straw. We go there beacuse they have quick availability (and now we know why) and the kids room is friendly and appealing to children. She managed to nick him and he bled for a few minutes. No appology just a don't move the scissors are sharp. Granted, my son was not happy about having his haircut. But he needed some TLC to know she was not going to hurt him (oopps thats right she did nick him.) and that it was okay to be a little afraid. She rushed through and said on multiple occassions that she was the fastest in the shop. One side was longer than the other and there were longer pieces in the back. I asked her to clean it up...she took his head and held it tight against her, grabbed her scissors and begain to make it even, without saying anything to him. He was frightened and I noticed the blood dripping down the front of his ear. The car he choose to sit in had hair all over it... and the seat was wet. From the amount of hair, not all my sons, I am sure it was not from being washed out. I was dissappointed, the room was swept but the seats not cleaned off. Take my advice..it's not worth the $13.50 that I was charged for a child's cut.
