Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

This was my first visit to Halos and Jen did an awesome job highlighting and trimming my hair. She was getting ready to leave when I called, but she said she would fit me in. I would recommend Halos Salon - they are friendly and good at what they do!
