They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Yes, they went above and beyond
Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
