Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed by how caring and attentive they were. They were happy to help me right away with whatever I needed.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day.
