Honestly, they don't even deserve one star. This salon has absolutely gone down the drain and I will never return here again. My stylist was Travia and she was the poorest excuse for a stylist that I have ever ran into in my 30 years on the planet. She was rude, referred to my extensions as "cheap", ate food over my head, and used her phone right all while doing my hair. To add icing on the cake, she yelled to the other side of the salon about how a certain supermarket doesn't accept EBT cards. If she actually did a good job on my hair and didn't allow me to walk out the salon with a damp head, then maybe I would have looked past all of that. However, for the $60 I paid, I could have done a much better job myself.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. If they are to busy,then that means it's not enought help. they returned my phone call several days later and I missed it ,tried to call back and did not get anyone. this business sucks.

I'd go back. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
