Like so many salons today, mgmt is more interested in how conversant their stylists are than talented at hair styling. I assume they think a 'witty' conversation will lead to add-on sales. My advice is to stop the jabbering. I do not want to be a BFF to my stylist. Pay attention to your work (styling) and take pride in a job well-done. My car mechanic does not want to be distracted when working on my car, why should I pay for a distracted stylist? It leads to bad hair cuts, color and style. Obviously, my distracted stylist screwed up my hair style because of her talking. Saying oops during a haircut and then blaming my hair for her mistake is ridiculous. I have given this place three attempts and they fail miserably, totally unprofessional and take no pride in a job well-done. That is unless add-on sales are the only thing they are rated on.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
