I know of people who go to this salon and love their stylists. I cannot speak about these other stylists at this facility, but the owner of the salon gave me one of the worse haircuts I have ever received. I arrived at 3pm and was out the door by 3:30pm. A half an hour for a wash, cut, and style??? I have never been out that fast from a haircut. I did not realize how bad it was until the next day when I straightened it (she styled it curly), but I questioned it the whole time she was cutting. Never once did she check to make sure it was even (which it was not). My hair is now uneven in the back and I have a small chunk that is about a half inch longer than the rest. I couldn't get back until 5 days later because of the business hours and my work hours. When I did she tried to defend her haircut then couldn't believe that I had waited so long to come in. I obviously didn't want her to cut it again since she did such a bad job so she said she would call when there was an opening. I waited over a week without a call. When I called I found out that I would have to pay for someone to fix it! When I tried to protest I was yelled at for "creating a scene" when I had complained. I am very dissatisfied not only with the haircut but with the lack of attempt to fix the problem. This was my first visit to this salon and it will definitely be my last.
