Did your hair stylist make sure he/she didn't spray water in your face?
Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
