Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I asked them not to cut my daughter's bangs and not only did they do that, but the lady gave her a bowl cut. All I wanted was for her to have a trim.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
