Split Ends is a Professional, Warm Welcoming and Knowledgeable Salon. I encourage all patrons who are reading this review to stop in and speak to one or all of their experienced staff. I enjoy and have full trust in each of the hairstylists. The stylist is always patient when I bring my sons in for a haircut, because if anyone knows, active boys do not like to sit for long! Thank you Split Ends for making my family part of yours!!!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. My individual hairdresser was friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was cold.... you sense conflict amongst the team (not good for customers!). The owner, Cindy is rude.... she will be observed to smile and possibly say "a hello" to selective customers (her choice mostly men). The salon is highly NOT recommended due to the owners unprofessional attitude and coldnest towards her customers and staff!!
