They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They didn’t even slightly rush my session. They made sure I was well taken care of. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment from Hair Express. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here. Ask for Heather!!! She always does a great job!
