They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I wanted to find a GOOD hair salon in the Loudoun area. I called this salon near my house and they were nice, punctual, and available the same day I called. I went to Stylist Rosa and loved the way my hair turned out! The price is very reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend this studio to anyone in the Eastern Loudoun area.
