I am not quiet sure how This survey gave them 3 stars... What a HORRIBLE experience! I went in for a facial, only to look up at a ceiling of dirty old cob webs everywhere and to hear the nail tech on the other side of the wall talk about BOOGERS!! Oh MY GOSH!!! $95 valued facial, I THINK NOT! No extractions with the facial and she used hand lotion for my face! This place is old, but that is NO reason for it to be so dirty! Yuck!
