I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I waited 10 days to see if the cut would fall into place. It didn't. I had to get another cut 10 days later at another salon.I was very disappointed because others left the salon with fantastic cuts, looking gorgeous! None of my questions were answered directly. The stylist was very evasive when asked questions. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I felt the stylist was disengaged.
